Beat the Stress!

With the Leaving coming up in June, it's safe to say I'm stressed.
I try to take time out each day to relax and these are my favourite ways to do so!

Take time out to just listen to the world around you. Whether it's outside or in your room, just sit down and breathe. Take a few deep breaths in and out. Do this for as long as you need and I guarantee, you'll feel better afterwards!

Go out and get some exercise. Go for a walk or jog, whatever you prefer. Clear your mind and get some fresh air. You will feel more focused afterwards and will be ready to tackle your study!

If you put the work in before an exam, you'll feel a lot calmer walking into the exam. Find what works for you. Whether it's mind maps, diagrams or just notes, prep them in advance. Doing the work beforehand will help reduce stress the night before and the morning of the exam!

I always have trouble sleeping the night before important exams. Putting some lavender oil on my pillow and duvet really helps me get to sleep a lot faster. Lavender oil is also known for its calming effect on the body.

You need down time as well. I love to spend an evening in the bath, with Netflix and a drink. I just relax for an hour or two, and leave the room feeling calm and ready for a good night's rest. Spend an evening doing something you love every week. Go to the cinema, go out with friends, have a movie night.

Well there you have it,
My favourite things to do the reduce my stress levels.

What do you do to help reduce your stress levels?

Wake Up and Get Weird World Tours

Hey guys!

So last week I went to The Vamps and Little Mix's World Tours and the were phenomenal!

The Tide supported The Vamps and they were so good! They supported the band last year as well but this year they were so much better! I also have a major crush on Drew now....

Check out their debut single Young Love, it's so catchy!

The Vamps setlist was a mix of songs off their new album and their debut one. The pyrotechnics were amazing and so was their stage presence !

My only issue with this tour was the price of the tickets! They were €60+ for standing and the front blocks which I think is ridiculous. The arena wasn't sold out and I was upgraded to the front blocks because of this. I paid €16 for my ticket at the back of the arena because I couldn't afford the standard tickets!

Nathan Sykes supported Little Mix on the Get Weird Tour and he is such a little cutie. He sang some songs off his debut album and he was great!

I was standing in the second row for the concert and it was one of the best concerts I have ever been to! The girls really outdid themselves on this tour!

Their vocals were outstanding throughout the concert and their dancing was amazing.

They were so good at interacting with the crowd and I'm pretty sure we were the loudest crowd on the tour so far!

Their setlist is full of songs from all three albums and it is definitely a show not to miss!

They're playing Dublin again in April and two dates in Cork in July.
If you don't have tickets already, I'd get my hands on a pair!

Have you seen either of these tours?
What did you think?

March Faves

Hey guys!

So I had half of the month off school which meant plenty of time for new favourites! I've had some of my faves for a while but I only got some towards the end of the month as well.

I love Kara Eyelashes' wispies they're so pretty and you can wear them for both day and night looks!
The best thing, they're only $1 on ShopMissA!

I also got the e.l.f. cover stick in pink lemonade from ShopMissA. I've been using it on my lips for a pop of colour when I don't want to wear lipstick. It is such a pretty colour and is gorgeous as a blusher as well!

MyKitCo's 1.15 Blending Brush is a dream to work with! I have been using it ever since they sent me their Valentine's eye collection. The brush blends shadows together seamlessly and I don't know what I would do without the brush!

This brush is €18.95 and available from www.mykitco.uk

I got this personalised bracelet from back in  September. My bracelet says 'You are not your mistakes - TS'. It's a quote from one of Taylor Swift's Clean speech while on the 1989 World Tour, I find the quote inspirational and it looks really cute with my outfits at the moment.

Personalised bracelets are available from Black Tied for €15

I am a huge fan of Real Techniques and I love the power brush I got in the mail during the week. It's so soft and I love the amount of product it picks up! You do need to brush off excess powder but you need to do that with any brush!

Real Techniques Powder Brush is available from www.boots.ie for €18.99

So I only got my Colourpop last week but I have fallen in love with KathleenLights' Lumière lippie stick! It is such a gorgeous nude and once it's dry, it stays all day!

Lumière is available from www.colourpop.com for $5

Colourpop seriously needs to start shippng to Ireland! I adore their Super Shock Shadow in Game Face! It is the perfect metallic for any eye look. If you follow me on Snapchat, you'll know I used it when I went to the Litte Mix concert on Wednesday!

Game Face is available from www.colourpop.com for $5

It is so hard to find the perfect liner brush. The Tiny Liner brush from MyKitCo is just the right size for cat eyes. It is such a soft brush and gives great precision with gel liners!

The Tiny Liner brush is available from www.mykitco.uk for €16.42

Have you tried any of this month's favourites before?
What did you think of them?
